Friday, January 15th, 2010Well, if you are talking about making the crappiest movie you can then, yea I believe this is a strong contender for the title of the Terriblest fighting movie. Last years Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li mustered up a lousy 4% on rottentomatoes.com and took the cake with the most ridiculous cast and horrible acting.. and I mean HORRIBLE see the part of Nash played by Chris Klein. But we’ll see how this turns out! Let us know what you think

The movie trailer for the big screen adaptation of Namco
’s popular fighting video game Tekken is now online. Directed by Dwight H. Little, the guy responsible for crappy bargain bin titles such as Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid and Marked for Death, which starred Steven Seagal, and from a screenplay written by Alan McElroy, the guy behind The Marine, Wrong Turn, and Halloween 4. The film version is a science fiction gladiator story set in the near future, about a rebel who rises up against the Tekken Corp. to seize freedom for his people.
The year is 2039. World Wars have destroyed much of civilization as we know it. The remaining territories are no longer run by governments, but by corporations, the mightiest of which is Tekken. In order to keep the masses down, Tekken sponsors the Iron Fist Tournament in which fighters compete to the death for ultimate glory and receive a lifetime of stardom and wealth.
I’m not sure what looks better, this or the last Street Fighter movie. Watch the trailer embedded after the jump. [sarcasm]

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009Well seeing as how this is pretty cool I just wanted to say I saw a couple new things on here. One is that is faster than ever before.. This really shows the power of the mac.. The laptop I’m using is about 2 years older than my 17 MBP that I bought in June of 2009 and man this computer smokes it. I cant wait to install it on my new machine. However there is also another difference.. Not sure if its something that was in other releases but in the stacks they got rid of the name of the previous folder to show an arrow back instead. Also the background also seems to be blurred or frosted to show a cool effect.. Also it looks like they changed the quicktime UI as well a little bit. What do
